We are delighted to come together for our commencement ceremony. On this special day, organized for our 2024–2025 Fall and Spring semester graduate students, you will be able to share your joy and excitement with two (2) guests. GOWN AND CAP PROCEDURES
All students must attend the commencement ceremony in gown and cap.
To obtain the gown and cap, students are required to:
- Deposit the specified fee into the bank account below,
- Complete size selection and guest registration by logging in with their student number at lcv.fsm.edu.tr no later than Friday, October 31, 2025, at 13:00.

Students who complete their application can collect their gowns and caps by Wednesday, November 5, 2025 (end of business hours) from the Graduate School at the Gülhane Campus, by presenting the payment receipt.
Important Notes:
- Applications for gown and cap, as well as participation in the ceremony, will not be accepted after the specified dates.
- Gowns and caps are custom-prepared. Therefore, in the event of non-attendance, no refunds will be issued.
- Payments can only be made via bank transfer/EFT/FAST. Cash or credit card payments will not be accepted.
- The gown and cap fee is 950 TL.
